Saving Our Shoreline: Resilient Coasts in Salem

As part of Salem State Earth Days 2024, Barbara Warren will be presenting on the state of our shoreline in 2024 as storms batter the coast and cause more damage. Attendees will begin to see what the future may hold if we do not act. Barbara will provide updates on how the Commonwealth and the Salem Sound municipalities are grappling with these problems, including the new initiative, ResilientCoasts. She will also share the progress of several local resilience building projects and some of the challenges they will need to overcome.
