Trails & Sails – Seining at Winter Island Park

Interact and learn about Salem Harbor’s marine creatures. For this demonstration, Salem Sound Coastwatch staff will drag a large seining net through the water and onto the beach. Whatever we catch, we find and examine while coastal scientists talk about the ecology and marine habitats of Salem Sound.
