Dive into the depths of our School to Sea program! With the myriad of natural gifts here on our shores, our School to Sea educators are fortunate to have a front row seat to our students’ wonder and curiosity. Join us to explore how nurturing a connection between learners and the ocean inspires the next generation of eco-literate leaders and learn about the local environmental stewards who are leading the way to a healthier sea and shore.

Carly McIver was born and raised in Marblehead and is the School to Sea Director with Salem Sound Coastwatch. She holds a BA in Environmental Science and Policy from Smith College and a MS in Environmental Education from Southern Oregon University with a focus on program evaluation.
