Join an informal walk along Derby Wharf with the Salem Sound Coastwatch and Salem Maritime National Historic Site to discuss current and future climate change impacts to the waterfront areas of Salem.

Interact and learn about Salem Harbor's marine creatures. For this demonstration, Salem Sound Coastwatch staff will drag a large seining net through the water and onto the beach. Whatever we catch, we find and examine while coastal scientists talk about the ecology and marine habitats of Salem Sound. Meet at Waikiki Beach on Winter Island.
