North River Cleanup and Seining Event

To kick off our North River Awareness Week, we’ll be hosting a cleanup of the North River from 10:00 – 11:30am on Thursday, June 1st. From 11:30am – 12:00pm noon, we’ll throw on some waders and use a seine net to observe the underwater inhabitants of the North River, which could include smelt, eels, and crayfish! Join us for one or both of these events.
Location: Meet in the Stop & Shop parking lot at 19 Howley St., Peabody.
