Popes Landing is a Town of Danvers public landing where the Danvers Harbormaster is stationed. Located less then a half-mile from Rt. 128, Popes Landing provides access to the Porter River, which than leads to the Danvers River and Beverly Harbor. Restrooms, picnic tables and benches are available.

This site provides access to the water by a ramp to a dock or a concrete boat ramp. The Porter and Danvers Rivers are tidal: there is a navigational channel even at low tide and motorized boat traffic maybe present.

off Route 35 (Liberty Street).
